Kopi Luwak coffee

Glynis thought she might like a cup of the most expensive coffee in the world. No, not the Verde starbucks. This coffee comes out of the backside of a small animal.

It is known as an Asian palm civet. It eats the coffee cherries on the branches then poops. The beans are then collected, cleaned and roasted and made into coffee. Got to love that
 uniquely rich aroma and smooth, rounded flavor
